3.47

贊曰：此有二句，大臣曲濁，多枉無辜，故教正法。王子憍奢，鮮剋遊禮，故示忠孝。

Commentary: Here there are two phrases: great ministers are often crooked and corrupt, unjustly harming the innocent, so he taught them the true Dharma; princes are arrogant and extravagant, rarely able to abide by propriety, so he showed them loyalty and filial piety.
