3.80

贊曰：此有三句。不定常主，彼要常死。煩惱如怨賊，四大如毒蛇，遍體充滿。如腐草為積，名為空聚。蘊處界聚身，空無有實，其義亦爾。舊亦少異，智者當知。

Commentary: Here there are three phrases. It has no fixed permanent master, and it must constantly die. Defilements are like enemy thieves, and the four primary elements are like venomous serpents, completely filling the body. Just as an accumulation of rotting grass is called an empty heap, the body as an aggregation of aggregates, bases, and realms is empty and devoid of reality; its meaning is also like this. The old version also differs slightly, which the wise should understand.
