3.98

贊曰：此有三句。一諦實生，證實諦理。或行實行、或諦實語之所生故。不放逸生，防惡修善之所起故。清淨業生，廣運三樂所生起故。

Commentary: Here there are three clauses. First, “arising from truthfulness” means realizing the principle of the real truth, or arising from practicing true practice, or from truthful speech. “Arising from non-negligence” means arising from preventing evil and cultivating good. “Arising from pure karma” means arising from extensively bringing about the three pleasures.
