贊曰：此總顯依如。汎然總顯一切依如，欲明如中無授記故。一切有情及一切法，此總依如，於中一切賢聖依如，於中彌勒別亦依如，欲顯凡聖人法總別皆依於如。空理義云：皆依如者，皆性空故。應理義云：用依性故，體依性故。

The commentary says: This generally demonstrates reliance on tathatā. It generally demonstrates that all things rely on tathatā because it wishes to clarify that within tathatā there is no prophecy. 'All sentient beings and all phenomena' generally rely on tathatā; within this, all noble and wise ones rely on tathatā; and within that, Maitreya in particular also relies on tathatā. This is intended to show that whether ordinary or noble, persons or phenomena, general or particular, all rely on tathatā. In terms of the principle of emptiness: All rely on tathatā because all are empty in nature. In terms of the Yuktivāda principle: Because function relies on nature, and substance relies on nature.
