4.188

贊曰：大文第二，時眾獲益。上知足天多大菩薩，說不退轉令其獲證。明諸天子皆出世間，令得無生法忍，皆是無漏。相續無生，皆入八地。

Commentary: In the second main section, the assembly at that time obtains benefit. Above, among the gods of the Tuṣita heaven were many great bodhisattvas; [Vimalakīrti] spoke on non-retrogression to enable them to attain realization. This clarifies that all the devaputras transcend the world, causing them to attain the forbearance of the non-arising of dharmas, which is entirely uncontaminated. With unbroken non-arising, they all enter the eighth bhūmi.
