贊曰：下第二，說諸天女。大文有三：初略說、次廣說、後結說。略說有二：初勸發心、後隨說法。此初文也。

Commentary: Below is the second part: addressing the devīs. The general text has three parts: first, a brief exposition; second, a detailed exposition; third, a concluding exposition. The brief exposition has two parts: first, urging them to resolve their minds; second, expounding the Dharma accordingly. This is the first text.
