贊曰：此三自利。一於十二種善巧方便善攝在身，舊經無此；二於正法喜而且信，樂而求知；三不放逸，常自策勤修菩提分，此為最上。

Commentary: These three benefit oneself: (1) In the twelve kinds of skillful means, properly gathering them in one's person—this is absent in the older sūtra; (2) In the true Dharma, joyful and trusting, delighted and seeking to know it; (3) Being non-negligent, always spurring oneself on to diligently cultivate the bodhipakṣa-dharmas—this is the supreme.
