贊曰：下顯他詞。有四：初總勸捨財命修法施、二別顯法施眾行之相、三二百梵志皆發大心、四善施歡喜瓔珞等施。此初文也。祠會之法，汝今不當。應設法會，而捨財祠。

Commentary: Below is showing the other's words. There are four parts: (1) Generally exhorting him to abandon material giving and cultivate Dharma-giving; (2) Distinctly showing the characteristics of the various practices of Dharma-giving; (3) The two hundred brahmacārins all arouse the great mind; (4) Well-Bestowing joyfully offers necklaces and other gifts. This is the first section. The rule of sacrificial assemblies is not appropriate for you now; you should establish a Dharma assembly, rather than an assembly of material sacrifice.
