贊曰：第三問答。內者自身，我執所依；外謂除身所餘諸法，我所執依。但此二不行，我我所執滅。

The Commentary says: The third question and answer. 'Internal' refers to one's own body, which is the support of self-clinging; 'external' refers to all other dharmas apart from the body, which are the supports of clinging to what belongs to the self. As long as these two do not operate, clinging to 'I' and 'mine' is eradicated.
