贊曰：第四問答。顯空內外要觀諸法平等，無有分別動搖，無所觀察。無所觀察者，觀一切法空無所有，即是平等，無動無搖。

The Commentary says: The fourth question and answer. Revealing the emptiness of internal and external requires observing that all dharmas are equal, devoid of conceptual discrimination or agitation, having nothing to observe. 'Having nothing to observe' means observing that all dharmas are empty and non-existent, which is equality itself, devoid of movement or agitation.
