贊曰：下總結成斷除二疾。此無自疾也。若有二見，執有所得。若無二見，則無所得，證法真如。既證得真，三界有漏緣慮都絕，緣慮絕故因即不起，因不起故苦果不生，則無諸疾。舊文無結，上義不明。

Commentary: Below, it concludes with the severance and eradication of the two illnesses. This is the absence of illness in oneself. If there are the two views, one clings to something obtained. If there are no two views, there is nothing obtained, and one realizes the tathatā of dharmas. Having realized the true, the sāsrava cognitive conditioning of the trailokya is entirely severed; because cognitive conditioning is severed, the cause does not arise; because the cause does not arise, the fruit of suffering is not produced, and there are no illnesses. The old text lacks this conclusion, leaving the above meaning unclear.
