贊曰：此別責也。外道邪見，多生誹謗。若聞麁言，惡念必起：「自疾不救，何以救人？」

Commentary: This is the specific reprimand. Non-Buddhists of wrong views mostly give rise to slander. If they hear such coarse words, evil thoughts will surely arise: 'He cannot save himself from illness; how can he save others?'
