贊曰：此有二句。一無緣不知，「時分延促」以上文是；二根熟方委，「唯令所餘」以下文是。

Commentary: Here are two sentences. First, those without conditions do not know, which is the text above from "the lengthening or shortening of time"; second, only when faculties are mature do they discern it, which is the text below from "only causing the rest."
