贊曰：二遍到十方。此有二釋：一云、意勢通者，非以身去，以意勢力變作有情，到十方界示諸佛土。非但能變身無不去，其諸有情住一佛國曾不移轉。二云、意勢通者，運身所作，隨心勢力既極速疾，一剎那時遍十方故。不同小乘身無不往，雖將有情至十方界，亦諸報土別別佛土自住法性，或住報化一佛土中而不移動。

Commentary: Second, universally reaching the ten directions. There are two explanations for this. One says: supernatural power of mental force does not involve going with the body, but through the force of mental intention transforming into sentient beings, reaching the worlds of the ten directions and showing them all buddha lands. Not only can the transforming body go everywhere, but those sentient beings remain in one buddha land without ever moving. The second says: supernatural power of mental force is what is enacted by moving the body; since it accords with the force of the mind, it is extremely swift, so in a single instant it pervades the ten directions. Unlike the small vehicle, there is nowhere the body does not go; although bringing sentient beings to the worlds of the ten directions, their various retribution lands and distinct buddha lands abide by their own dharmatā, or they abide within one retribution and transformation buddha land without moving.
