贊曰：下明變語。舉變他語，例變自語決定能。於中有二：初變法無礙聲、後變詞無礙聲。末後一翻，「或以神力」以下文是。初中有三：初轉作佛聲，以為根本；次能說法等從佛聲出；後結成利益。此初文也。能轉三品諸有情聲，並作佛聲，皆最第一。

Commentary: Below, explaining transforming speech. By mentioning transforming the speech of others, by analogy transforming one's own speech is definitely possible. Here are two: first, transforming into the sound of unimpeded dharma; later, transforming into the sound of unimpeded expression. The final section, from "or through supernatural power" below, is this. In the first there are three: first, transforming into the voice of a buddha as the basis; next, being able to preach the Dharma and so forth emerging from the voice of a buddha; later, concluding statement on the benefits. This is the first text. Being able to transform the voices of all three classes of sentient beings, turning them all into the voice of a buddha, all being most foremost.
