贊曰：以下第二能說法等從佛聲出。有三：初能說法、二顯三乘、三出音韻。此初文也。

Commentary: Below is the second: being able to preach the Dharma and so forth emerging from the voice of a buddha. There are three: first, being able to preach the Dharma; second, revealing the three vehicles; third, producing tones and rhythms. This is the first text.
