贊曰：下自恨。有六：一恨己不知、二明智能悟、三嗟無發趣、四怨己悲號、五慶他道勝、六顯能破惡。此恨己不知。文中有二：初喻、後合。

Commentary: Below is regretting for oneself. There are six: 1. regretting that one does not know, 2. explaining that the wise can understand, 3. lamenting having no aspiration, 4. reproaching oneself and weeping loudly, 5. rejoicing in the superiority of others' path, 6. revealing the ability to destroy evils. This is regretting that one does not know. The text has two: first, an analogy; later, the application.
