贊曰：此顯前義。其大乞者，是勇猛菩薩，為利前眾生，行斯難事。非餘下劣能為大乞，志下劣故。
Commentary: This reveals the previous meaning. Those great beggars are heroic bodhisattvas who, to benefit those sentient beings, perform these difficult deeds. Other, inferior persons cannot act as great beggars, because their aspiration is inferior.
