贊曰：下釋。有二：初釋有妙慧、後釋有方便。此釋有妙慧也。有相者，無願所觀依他起性。無相者，無相所觀圓成實性。空於此二，觀我我所都不可得，斷染依他、修淨依他，名修習於圓成作證也。

Commentary: Below is the explanation. There are two parts: first, explaining having wondrous insight; second, explaining having upāya. This explains having wondrous insight. The 'possessing characteristics' refers to the dependent nature observed through wishlessness. The 'signless' refers to the consummate nature observed through signlessness. Emptying both of these, one observes that self and what belongs to self are entirely unobtainable; severing the defiled dependent nature and cultivating the pure dependent nature is called cultivating and realizing the consummate nature.
