5.83

贊曰：此有二句，唯不同凡夫。凡夫建立諸法，攀緣邪道，邪解分別諸法也；菩薩建立諸法，不緣邪道，正理解了，釋諸法故。凡夫起六念，隨生諸漏，愛慢等生故；菩薩起六念，不生諸漏，滅諸漏故。

Commentary: Here are two clauses, only not the same as ordinary beings. When ordinary beings establish phenomena, they grasp at wrong paths, discriminating phenomena through erroneous understanding; when the bodhisattva establishes phenomena, they do not grasp at wrong paths, explaining phenomena through correct principle and clear comprehension. When ordinary beings give rise to the six anusmṛtis, outflows arise accordingly, because attachment, arrogance, and so forth arise; when the bodhisattva gives rise to the six anusmṛtis, outflows do not arise, because all outflows are extinguished.
