6.224

贊曰：第二到已歸禮。有三：初掌持往詣、次到已歸禮、後佛命就座。此初也。以神境通，令眾不起本座，并座置掌，持詣佛所。

Commentary: Second, paying homage upon arrival. There are three parts: first, taking them in his palm and proceeding; second, paying homage upon arrival; third, the Buddha commanding them to take their seats. This is the first. By means of supernatural power (ṛddhi-sākṣātkriyā-abhijñā), he caused the assembly not to rise from their original seats, and placing them along with their seats in his palm, he carried them to where the Buddha was.
