贊曰：此釋二相。盡有二義：一剎那盡滅、二後終盡滅。有為有盡，無為無之。
The Commentary says: This explains the two characteristics. 'Exhaustion' has two meanings: first, momentary exhaustion and cessation; second, final exhaustion and cessation in the end. The conditioned has exhaustion; the unconditioned lacks it.
