6.38

贊曰：下傳言。有四：一教軌儀，至彼頂禮；二命敬慰，應作是言等；三請食；四所由。此初二文也。舊經但有傳言頂禮，無教化者至彼稽首。

Commentary: Next is delivering the message. There are four parts: first, teaching the proper etiquette, prostrating upon arrival; second, commanding words of respectful inquiry, 'You should speak thus,' and so forth; third, requesting the food; fourth, the reason for it. These are the first two passages. The older translation only had delivering the message and prostrating, but lacked instructing the illusory [bodhisattva] to bow his head upon arriving there.
