6.418

贊曰：此有二對。利生無替，不住無為；圓成佛法，不盡有為。成滿佛身，不住無為；得無畏等，不盡有為。

Commentary: Here there are two pairs. Benefiting beings without cessation is not abiding in the unconditioned; fully accomplishing the buddha-dharmas is not exhausting the conditioned. Perfectly completing the buddha-body is not abiding in the unconditioned; attaining fearlessness and so forth is not exhausting the conditioned.
