6.420

贊曰：此有二對。善巧化生，不住無為；妙智常觀，不盡有為。修報化等佛土圓滿，不住無為；佛之報身常住無盡，不盡有為。

Commentary: Here there are two pairs. Skillfully transforming beings is not abiding in the unconditioned; wonderful wisdom constantly observing is not exhausting the conditioned. Cultivating and perfecting buddha-lands of reward and transformation is not abiding in the unconditioned; the Buddha's saṃbhogakāya abiding eternally without end is not exhausting the conditioned.
