贊曰：此有二對。成願利生，不住無為；不希永入於畢竟滅，不盡有為。圓意善淨進行利他，不住無為；上意神淨自利無盡，不盡有為。

The Commentary states: Here there are two pairs. Fulfilling vows to benefit sentient beings is not dwelling in the unconditioned; not desiring perpetual entry into ultimate cessation is not exhausting the conditioned. Perfectly pure intention actively progressing to benefit others is not dwelling in the unconditioned; the supreme intention being divinely pure so that self-benefit is inexhaustible is not exhausting the conditioned.
