6.428

贊曰：此有二對。法財無厭，不住無為；不樂二乘少法，唯示大乘廣法，不盡有為。誓願無退，恒度有情，不住無為；誓願圓滿，無休息故，不盡有為。

The Commentary states: Here there are two pairs. Being insatiable in Dharma wealth is not dwelling in the unconditioned; not delighting in the lesser Dharma of the two vehicles, and demonstrating only the vast Dharma of the Great Vehicle, is not exhausting the conditioned. Vows not regressing and constantly liberating sentient beings is not dwelling in the unconditioned; because the vows are fulfilled without cessation, this is not exhausting the conditioned.
