贊曰：四正起佛力。有四：初正起神通、二有緣驚問、三無緣不達、四彼此無違。此初也。

Commentary: (4) Properly exercising the Buddha's powers. It has four parts: first, properly exercising supernormal powers; second, those with karmic conditions are startled and ask; third, those without karmic conditions do not realize; fourth, both sides do not hinder each other. This is the first.
