贊曰：二願。有三：一願諸眾生皆居淨土、二願成福慧似無動佛、三願獲神通如無垢稱。如文可知。

Commentary: (2) Vowing. It has three parts: (1) vowing that all sentient beings may all dwell in a pure land; (2) vowing to accomplish merit and wisdom like Akṣobhya Buddha; and (3) vowing to attain supernormal powers like Vimalakīrti. This can be known from the text.
