贊曰：下有九句，別顯經德，舊有六句。此有二句：一手得獲珍財。若手得，便獲法寶，能為大利，可珍重故。修行所攝。二信解紹佛種。若信解，便繼佛身，相續身也。信解即是信，及聞思慧為佛因，故名紹繼。

Commentary: Below are nine lines specifically revealing the virtues of the sūtra; formerly there were six lines. Here there are two lines: (1) Obtaining precious wealth in hand. If obtained in hand, one immediately obtains the Dharma-jewel, which can produce great benefit and is worthy of treasure; it is subsumed under cultivation. (2) Faith and understanding inherit the Buddha seed. If one has faith and understanding, one immediately succeeds the Buddha body, which is the lineage body. Faith and understanding are faith and the wisdoms of hearing and contemplation as the causes of buddhahood; hence it is called inheriting the lineage.
