贊曰：此文有四。一陳界名。二彰劫名。三明佛壽。二十中劫，此以日月歲數為劫，故成二十；非增減等，違正理故。四顯僧數，三乘聖眾為弟子故。

Commentary: This text has four parts: 1. Setting forth the realm's name; 2. Revealing the kalpa's name; 3. Clarifying the Buddha's lifespan. "Twenty intermediate kalpas": this counts kalpas by numbers of days, months, and years, hence completing twenty; it is not periods of increase and decrease, which would contradict right principle. 4. Revealing the number of the Saṅgha, because the holy assembly of the three vehicles were his disciples.
