贊曰：此有三句。一能引妙覺，妙覺佛也。二能轉法輪，由教能轉聖道輪故。三八部供養。

Commentary: Here there are three phrases: 1. Able to bring about marvelous awakening, marvelous awakening being the Buddha. 2. Able to turn the Dharma wheel, because through the teaching one can turn the wheel of the noble path. 3. Offered to by the eight classes [of beings].
