贊曰：此有三句。一聖賢攝受，為極教故。二開發妙行，因教知故。三法義歸依，真實法與義皆在此中，故名所歸。

Commentary: Here there are three phrases: 1. Embraced by the noble and worthy, because it is the ultimate teaching. 2. Unfolding marvelous practices, because they are known through the teaching. 3. That in which the Dharma and its meaning take refuge: true Dharma and meaning are both within this, hence called that in which they take refuge.
