從「世尊散脂大將」下，是第三發誓，以智辯充益說者。文為二：先益能化、次益所化。益能化為三：「莊嚴言辭」下，益其口業。「眾味精氣」下，益其身業。「心進勇銳」下，益其意業。從「以是之故」下，益其所化。此亦為三：「以是之故廣說是經」，此是未種者令種也；「若有眾生」下，是已種令熟也；「無量眾生」下，是已熟者令脫。悉如文。此消文大好。

From 'World-Honoured One, General Saṃjñāya' onward is the third part: making the vow to enrich and benefit the speaker with wisdom and eloquence. The text has two parts: first, benefiting the one who transforms; next, benefiting those who are transformed. Benefiting the one who transforms has three parts: from 'adorn speech' onward, benefiting their oral action; from 'the essential essence of all flavors' onward, benefiting their bodily action; from 'the mind progressing valiantly' onward, benefiting their mental action. From 'For this reason' onward, it benefits those who are transformed. This also has three parts: 'For this reason, broadly expound this sūtra' causes those who have not planted [roots of goodness] to plant them; from 'If there are sentient beings' onward causes those who have planted them to mature; from 'immeasurable sentient beings' onward causes those who have matured to be liberated. All are as in the text. This parsing of the text is excellent.
