二、觀。於一心中圓修三觀、住於三諦，以此住法住所居處。若念念不休，即觀行佛行住坐臥。經云「此處皆應起塔」，即此意也。

Second, contemplation. Within the one mind, one completely cultivates the threefold contemplation and abides in the three truths, abiding in one's dwelling place by means of these abiding dharmas. If this is without cessation from moment to moment, it is precisely the contemplative-practice Buddha walking, standing, sitting, and lying down. The sūtra says, "In all such places a stūpa should be erected"; this is precisely the meaning.
