初、法。不覺忘處，始本一如，故云智與體冥。覺體自在，故云能起大用。

First, the dharma. Where non-awakening is forgotten, initial and original [awakening] are one Thusness; hence it says that wisdom merges with the substance. The substance of awakening is sovereign; hence it says that it can give rise to great function.
