初、壽。智外無境、境外無智，名相盛受。既絕能所，故無分別，函蓋絕待，當體名大。

First, the span of life. Outside of wisdom there is no objective realm, and outside of the objective realm there is no wisdom; this is called "mutually containing and receiving." Since subject and object are eliminated, there is no discrimination; like a box and lid, it is beyond duality, and in its very essence it is called "great."
