五、通教菩薩，說法之過名非，廢令勿學曰撥。體空字下應云六度，方異二乘，或脫或略。

Fifth, the bodhisattvas of the shared teaching: the fault in expounding the teaching is called 'transgression'; discarding it so as not to study it is called 'repudiation'. Below the words 'empty in essence', it should read 'the six perfections' to distinguish them from the two vehicles; it is either missing or abbreviated.
