二、「如上」下，結廣。始從人天、終至圓教，所有止行若無因緣，善不成就。然且約不殺，須歷餘九及一切法，皆須論於止行因緣，故云若海。

Second, from 'As above' onward, concluding the extensive explanation. Beginning with humans and devas and ending with the perfect teaching, all cessation and practice, if devoid of causes and conditions, will not result in accomplished goodness. However, merely considering non-killing, one must traverse the remaining nine and all phenomena, and in every case discuss the causes and conditions of cessation and practice; hence it is described as being 'like an ocean'.
