二、「唯除」下，釋智度不應，二：初、正釋降佛難測。唯佛與佛乃能究盡，因智那知？

Second, from 'Except only...' onward, explaining that the capacity of wisdom is not inappropriate, which has two [parts]: first, directly explaining that it is difficult to measure below the Buddha. Only a Buddha and a Buddha can fathom it completely; how could causal wisdom know it?
