二、「如是」下，約經明報。即以理富顯不貧窮。富故不取，寧有困苦？以不取故思議即絕，第一義天不相違背，乃應經文諸天不離。

Second, from "in this way..." downward, the retribution is clarified with reference to the sūtra. That is, the wealth of principle is used to reveal the absence of poverty. Being wealthy, they do not take; how could there be distress? Because they do not take, thought and deliberation are severed, and they are not in opposition to the heaven of supreme truth; this corresponds to the sūtra text's "the gods do not depart."
