二、「若斷」下，八地。以數息法攝五欲心，意生四禪受枝林樂，極至有頂如氷魚等。豈知長壽，八難中一；攝在味禪，非不染欲。

Second, from "if severing..." downward, the eight stages. Using the method of counting breaths to restrain the mind of the five desires, they wish to be born in the four dhyānas and experience the pleasure of branches and groves, reaching up to the peak of existence like frozen fish, etc. How could they know that long life is one of the eight difficulties? Being subsumed within savored dhyāna, it is not being unstained by desire.
