二、「語其」下，明聞者得報。果報者，此懺詣理，功至極果，乃與諸佛互相恭敬。

Second, from "speaking of their" downward, explaining the hearer's attainment of retribution. As for "retributive fruit": this repentance reaches the principle, and its efficacy reaches the ultimate fruit, whereupon one shows mutual reverence with all buddhas.
