二、釋悔，二：初、明能廢；二、明所廢。意云十廢者，意如君主、身口如臣，君既克己，臣息暴虐，故意總十。

Second, explaining "hui" (remorse), in two: first, explaining what is capable of eliminating; second, explaining what is eliminated. The intention of saying "ten eliminations" is: the mind is like a sovereign ruler, and body and speech are like ministers; when the sovereign restrains himself, the ministers cease violence, so the mind subsumes all ten.
