初、滅世間因果苦。前二行滅果。諸有者，三有也。後一行滅因。諸惱，三惑也。

First, extinguishing mundane causes, effects, and suffering. The first two lines extinguish effects. "Various states of existence" refers to the three realms of existence. The latter one line extinguishes causes. "Various afflictions" refers to the three delusions.
