初、正示輕躁相。謂初心在緣名覺、細心分別名觀，亦尋伺心也。此之陰心，故屬報法。

First, directly showing the characteristics of frivolity and restlessness. It means that the initial mind on the object is called vitarka, and subtle mental differentiation is called vicāra, which are also the minds of investigation and examination. Because these are aggregate-minds, they belong to retributive dharmas.
