初、賢聖。通教聖位止斷見思，別教三賢能斷塵沙又伏無明，故云尚非。

First, worthies and noble ones. The noble ranks of the Shared Teaching only sever [delusions of] view and thought; the three worthies of the Separate Teaching can sever [delusions like] dust and sand and furthermore subdue ignorance; hence it says "still not."
