初、分文立意。來在不久者，即下〈授記品〉十千天子從忉利天來者是也。

First, dividing the text and establishing the intent. That which is 'coming soon' refers below in the 'Chapter on Bestowing Vyākaraṇa' to the ten thousand devaputras coming from Trāyastriṃśa Heaven.
