初、正示。性雖本然，遣迷由觀。言因緣性欲為因、師教為緣，因緣成觀達本三諦。諸大即是空假中，故從本不生。

First, directly indicating: although nature is fundamentally so, dispelling delusion depends on contemplation. Stating "conditioned nature" means that aspiration serves as the direct cause and the master's teaching serves as the conditioning factor; direct cause and conditioning factors form the contemplation that penetrates the fundamental three truths. Since the great elements are precisely emptiness, provisionality, and the middle, they are fundamentally unarisen.
