初、依大陰起四執。一切外道、四教行人，若未伏斷見惑已來，皆有此執。

First, giving rise to four attachments based on the great elements and aggregates: all non-Buddhists and practitioners of the four teachings, prior to subduing or severing the afflictions of views, all possess these attachments.
